What you'll do

Assigned Reporting and Content Production

  • Write assigned short articles, news briefs, captions, social media copy, reels scripts, and other supporting content for print and digital platforms.
  • Cover assigned press conferences, launches, forums, industry events, property-related activities, and other editorial assignments.
  • Conduct research, fact-checking, and interviews for assigned stories and supporting content.
  • Gather quotes, data, photos, videos, and other materials required for stories and multimedia projects.
  • Adapt assigned editorial content for different platforms and formats, as guided by editors.
  • Suggest story ideas, follow-ups, social content opportunities, and other relevant content angles for consideration.
  • Submit assigned work within agreed deadlines and promptly incorporate editorial feedback and revisions.

Multimedia and Social Media Execution

  • Produce assigned reels, short-form videos, art cards, social media posts, and other digital assets based on approved concepts and editorial direction.
  • Adapt articles and other editorial materials into appropriate social and digital formats.
  • Write captions, headlines, teasers, short scripts, and other supporting copy for multimedia and social content.
  • Prepare, upload, schedule, or publish approved content through relevant digital and social media platforms when assigned.
  • Assist in the basic editing and preparation of photos, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
  • Follow established editorial, branding, formatting, and platform requirements when preparing digital content.

Events and Special Projects

  • Support the editorial, multimedia, and logistical requirements of forums, awards, launches, property fairs, special reports, and other projects.
  • Prepare assigned captions, scripts, interview materials, social content, and other editorial requirements based on approved plans.
  • Gather photos, videos, quotes, interviews, and other materials during events and special assignments.
  • Assist with live posting and other event-day digital content requirements when assigned.
  • Coordinate assigned production requirements and deliverables with relevant team members.

Production and Administrative Support

  • Maintain content trackers, editorial schedules, assignment lists, production documents, and other monitoring tools.
  • Follow up on copy, photos, videos, approvals, captions, credits, and other content requirements.
  • Coordinate assigned schedules and logistical requirements with photographers, videographers, designers, contributors, and other production partners.
  • Organize editorial and multimedia files, assets, references, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure that assigned content and production materials are properly labeled, organized, and accessible to the team.

Editorial Coordination and Team Support

  • Work closely with the Property Editors and Multimedia Content Producer on assignments, priorities, and production requirements.
  • Coordinate with reporters, photographers, videographers, designers, and other contributors as needed to complete assigned work.
  • Submit content and multimedia outputs for review and promptly incorporate edits, corrections, and feedback.
  • Provide timely updates on the status of assigned stories, content, and production requirements.
  • Assist the team in meeting editorial calendars, production schedules, and project deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in journalism, editorial, digital media, multimedia content production, social media, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship, campus journalism, or portfolio experience may also be considered.
  • Strong writing, research, fact-checking, and basic interviewing skills.
  • Familiarity with creating content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent multimedia tools.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), social media publishing tools, and basic analytics platforms is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to cover events, conduct interviews, and undertake field assignments as required.
  • Experience or familiarity with property/real estate, business, lifestyle, or related reporting is an advantage.
  • A portfolio of writing, social media, photography, video, or multimedia work is an advantage.
