Ready to take your teaching career to the next level with global impact? We're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy educator who's passionate about shaping the future of upper elementary and middle school education for students aged 12–15 — someone who listens, collaborates, and is committed to giving each student precisely the education they need. Key responsibilities -

  • Deliver an outstanding educational experience for every middle schooler and their families while acting as a school ambassador.

-

  • Create a harmonious, inclusive learning environment and contribute to content curation and schoolwide culture.

-

  • Serve as a peer mentor to earlier-career colleagues, supporting their growth and development.

-

  • Lead one significant school contribution—such as coordinating special curriculum (Arts/PE/SEL), leading school events, or guiding limited-scope school projects.

-

  • Transform institutional knowledge into documented processes and use data to continuously refine teaching strategies.

-

  • Demonstrate proficiency with all bina tech tools and collaborate smoothly across teams.

You'll be a great fit if you have… -

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a closely related field, postgraduate degree preferred.

-

  • At least 3–5 years teaching experience with upper elementary and middle school students (ages 12–15).

-

  • Strong track record of positive family communication with minimal complaints.

-

  • Proficiency with Zoom, Seesaw, Google Classroom and an appetite to explore and test new EdTech tools and approaches.

-

  • Cultural awareness to ensure bina classrooms are diverse and inclusive spaces.

-

  • The drive to grow and learn through ongoing training and support.

-

  • Readiness to mentor colleagues and lead school-level initiatives.

-

  • A mindset aligned with the values, ethics, and morals of bina.

-

  • First language English (bonus points for additional languages).

What we offer -

  • Compensation: USD 2,500 per month.

-

  • Work remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

-

  • Up to seven weeks of vacation and five weeks of professional development per year.

-

  • Join an impact-driven, mission-focused company where you'll learn, grow, and directly influence the future of education.

-

  • Take charge of your professional development with clear pathways for growth.

-

  • Work with and learn from students and colleagues from around the world in a diverse, international team.
