Mid Level Project Manager

Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of creative production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for multiple brand stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and tracking progress to resolve bottlenecks quickly. The role involves close collaboration with clients to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates and reports. The Project Manager will also optimize workflows, support continuous improvement in production processes, and ensure smooth logistics and handoffs between internal teams and external partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, remove obstacles, and keep deliverables moving through the production pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review assets, ensure quality control, and verify that creative output meets brand and technical requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize workflows, manage dependencies, and coordinate resources across teams and locations.
• Relevant experience in creative production, marketing, or agency environments, preferably working with large or fast-growing brands.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency with project management tools and collaborative platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar systems).
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
