Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Swedish Speaker)/ Contract/ Sweden/ Malmo/ Hybrid

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Location: Sweden/ Malmo/ Hybrid Language: Swedish and English Skills: Must-have requirements (mandatory) The consultant shall:

• Have at least three (3) years of documented development experience within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Have hands-on experience with Power Apps.
• Have hands-on experience with Power Automate.
• Have experience with development or configuration in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Have experience with integration with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Have experience in independently conducting requirements analysis, development, testing and deployment.
• Have experience in operational development projects.
• Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Be able to document solutions and carry out knowledge transfer.

Should requirements (meritorious) It is advantageous if the consultant:

• Have at least five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Has experience with generative AI solutions and Copilot technology.
• Has experience with Power Platform Governance.
• Have experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense
• Have experience with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA solutions.
• Have experience working in energy, infrastructure or socially critical activities.
• Has worked in larger organizations with high demands on information security and data protection.
• Has experience in leading workshops and translating business needs into solution proposals.

Job duties

• Develop and further develop solutions in Power Apps.
• Develop automated processes in Power Automate.
• Develop and configure AI agents and chatbot solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams as needed.
• Participate in requirements gathering, workshops and solution design together with the business.
• Perform testing, documentation and commissioning.
• Ensure that solutions follow established guidelines for security, data protection and governance.
• Contribute with knowledge transfer and support to the business after implementation.
