- Strong hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations, preferably Commerce/Retail.
- Experience managing configuration as a package across multiple D365 environments.
- Experience with configuration management, version control, deployment, and release activities.
- Understanding of Finance, Commerce, and integration dependencies.
- Experience with automation; AI or agent-based automation is an advantage.
- Ability to turn complex topics into simple, practical solutions.
