Microsoft AI / Voice AI Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft AI / Voice AI Consultant to support the setup, configuration, and operationalization of a production-ready voice-based AI Assistant using the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The consultant will work closely with internal AI engineering and product teams, leveraging Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy solutions using Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Design and implement voicebot capabilities using Voice Live API and real-time speech technologies.
• Configure Azure AI Search, including indexing, retrieval, RAG, grounding, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Configure and optimize Azure OpenAI, Speech Services, Content Safety, monitoring, logging, and orchestration components.
• Implement enterprise-grade security, authentication, networking, and compliance practices.
• Integrate AI solutions with backend APIs, business services, and customer-facing channels.
• Support architecture, scalability, performance optimization, testing, troubleshooting, and production hardening.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience with conversational AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Experience with Voice Live API or similar real-time voice AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search, RAG, indexing, retrieval, and search optimization.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, prompt orchestration, grounding, and agent-based AI.
• Knowledge of speech recognition, text-to-speech, real-time audio streaming, and voicebot architecture.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, identity, and operational best practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering AI assistants in banking or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of AI compliance, risk, and governance.
• Experience with multi-agent / agent-to-agent architectures and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Knowledge of AI monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks.
