Mergers & Acquisitions Internship Do you want to find the next acquisition for an established serial acquirer – and help shape how we use AI to do it better? Join our M&A team in Stockholm. Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, the group has around SEK 5 billion in sales and roughly 2,000 employees across Europe, organised in four business areas: Supply Chain & Transportation, Energy & Electrification, Water & Bioeconomy, and Safety & Security. Acquisitions are at the core of how we grow, and we lead our processes in-house. The role Your main focus is deal sourcing: finding the European niche companies we should own next. To do this even more efficient, we are building AI-driven screening. You will:

• Identify and screen acquisition targets across Europe
• Assess targets commercially and financially
• Build and refine automated AI workflows for screening, evaluating and preparing outreach to targets
• Support live transactions when needed, working closely with the M&A team and management

Who you are

• University student in your second year or later, preferably studying finance, economics, engineering or similar, with a strong interest in M&A and investments
• Solid commercial and financial judgement – you can tell an attractive business from an average one
• Genuinely interested in AI and automation – ideally with experience building AI agents or workflows, e.g. with Claude Code or similar tools
• Curious, structured and a team player
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Highly valued: internships or part-time roles in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital or management consulting – or other experience of sourcing and evaluating companies.
