Merchant CRM Manager

What your team does You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing, embedded in our Merchant Experience and Payment Platform domains and reporting to Head of Merchant Experience. You join sales standups, hear where deals stall or onboarding gets stuck, and decide what to do about it — sometimes that's a HubSpot fix, sometimes a training session, sometimes a nudge to Product. What you will get to do

• Focus on our commercial agenda and spot recurring bottlenecks —, stalled deals, and onboarding friction.
• Take ownership of challenges by going directly to the right stakeholders, bringing the right teams together and driving cross-functional solutions from idea to execution.
• Own HubSpot as our commercial engine: build and maintain flows, sequences and campaigns so the tool serves the sales process, not the other way around.
• Design and run training for the Sales team to close knowledge gaps.
• Research the competitive landscape and turn it into material Sales can pitch from and merchants can use to understand why Qliro is the right choice.
• Move sign rate, onboarding rate, product adoption rate and churn — these four are your scoreboard

What you'll bring to the team

• Hands-on experience running HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform — building flows, managing pipelines, creating campaigns. This matters more to us than formal sales training
• 3–5+ years in a cross-functional role spanning product, sales and/or marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS or e-commerce
• A background either as a marketing automation specialist who's grown into a broader commercial remit, or as someone technically minded within consulting or engineering who's moved toward sales
• Enough technical grounding to hold your own in a product conversation and brief a PM on how a checkout API or payment integration works
• A track record enabling sales teams: training, collateral, competitive positioning
• Comfortable without a fixed playbook, you diagnose problems and design your own interventions rather than waiting for a request
• Fluent in English; Swedish and/or Finnish a strong plus
