MEP QA/QC Manager – Data Centres

MEP QA/QC Manager – Data Centres Location: Norway, Sweden or Finland Employment type: Contract or permanent Leap29 is seeking expressions of interest from experienced MEP QA/QC Managers for upcoming data centre projects across the Nordics. You will oversee mechanical and electrical installation quality, working with construction teams, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and applicable standards. Key responsibilities

• Implement project quality plans and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Oversee MEP inspections and monitor subcontractor quality.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and snagging through to closeout.
• Coordinate quality requirements with construction and commissioning teams.
• Ensure inspection records, test documentation and handover packs are complete.

Requirements

• Experience in an MEP QA/QC management or senior quality role.
• A mechanical or electrical qualification, trade background or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing quality across mechanical and electrical installations.
• Strong knowledge of inspections, quality documentation and handover processes.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Data centre experience is preferred. Relevant pharmaceutical, semiconductor or complex industrial experience will also be considered. Please apply with your CV, availability and preferred locations.
