MEP Lead (Client-Side) – Data Centre Construction Location: Oslo, Norway Salary: €8,000 NET per month Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off Accommodation: Fully provided Flights & Transport: Fully provided Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres / Mission Critical Construction The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced MEP Lead to join a major hyperscale data centre construction project in Oslo, Norway. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong MEP professional (HV, LV or Mechanical background) to take a leadership role in the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical packages on a large-scale, mission-critical development. The position offers an attractive €8,000 NET monthly package, with accommodation, flights and transport fully provided, alongside a structured 3/1 rotation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations across the project.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors, supervisors and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage interfaces between mechanical, electrical, CSA and commissioning teams.
• Monitor installation progress against the construction programme, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with approved designs, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management, design teams and specialist contractors to resolve technical and construction challenges.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control and installation readiness for commissioning.
• Support procurement, material coordination and subcontractor resource planning.
• Drive health, safety and quality standards across all MEP activities.
• Report on progress, risks and key milestones to senior project leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior MEP management or leadership position on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience managing multiple MEP subcontractors and coordinating complex installation packages.
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, programme management and commissioning interfaces.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on international construction projects would be advantageous.
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
