MEP Coordinator | Denmark | Data Centre Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: €132,000- €144,000 Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join a leading international engineering contractor on a major data centre project in Denmark. This is an excellent opportunity for an MEP professional who enjoys being at the centre of project delivery, coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems from design through to installation and commissioning. With a significant pipeline of projects extending 5+ years, this role offers long-term stability, career development and the opportunity to work on leading-edge European engineering projects. The Opportunity: As an MEP Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between design, installation and commissioning, ensuring design intent is translated into high-quality, compliant and coordinated site delivery. You'll work closely with design teams, subcontractors, site operations, QA/QC and commissioning teams to identify issues early and keep the project moving. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installation activities across multiple work packages
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals for buildability, compliance and coordination
• Manage RFIs, design queries and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate closely with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical and Commissioning teams
• Support QA/QC teams to ensure installations meet project and industry standards
• Monitor progress, quality and technical risks, driving issues through to resolution
• Facilitate communication between design teams, subcontractors and site operations
• Proactively identify and resolve coordination issues before they impact programme or quality

What We're Looking For: We're looking to speak with MEP professionals who have experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects. You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in an MEP Coordination or MEP Engineering role
• Experience working on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Semiconductor projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within high-spec environments
• Experience with QA/QC, commissioning and construction standards
• Ability to interpret and coordinate technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills across site teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
