Meeting Coordinator

About the role We’re hiring a part-time meeting booker to set demos and intro calls with car dealerships for Closr AI — our AI salesperson for dealers. You’ll often be the first contact outward: reach the right person, explain the value clearly, and get meetings on the calendar. What you’ll do

• Outreach to dealerships (phone, LinkedIn, email)
• Qualify interest and book demos / intro meetings
• Follow up leads and keep the pipeline moving
• Work with the team on pitch, follow-up, and market feedback

About Closr AI Closr AI answers dealership leads around the clock — via Blocket, WhatsApp, web chat, and social channels — with real inventory data. It qualifies buyers, books test drives, and hands off to the right salesperson with a short brief. Goal: fewer cold leads, more time for sellers to close. Closr AI is run by Closr Agency. We’re an early-stage startup — you’ll be in from the start, building something real. Customer relationships, processes, and how we sell take shape with you. About you

• Comfortable calling and messaging people you don’t know
• Clear, persistent, and fine with hearing no
• Interest in sales, AI, or the car industry is a plus — experience not required
• Can work independently and report what works
• Strong English skills are a clear plus (spoken and written)

Terms

• Part-time, flexible hours
• Remote and/or on-site in Vasastan, Stockholm
• Commission-based pay with bonus opportunities
