Love photography, storytelling, social media, and Arctic adventures?

We're looking for a creative and energetic Content & Media Creator to capture the magic of Finnish Lapland and share it with audiences around the world.

From the Northern Lights and snowy landscapes to unforgettable guest experiences, you'll create inspiring content that showcases two of Finland's most unique Arctic destinations.

We are offering you a permanent, full-time position (159 hours/month), with the start date to be agreed upon. We follow the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant industry (MaRa TES).

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our resorts, nature, and guest experiences.

• Edit content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Help grow and manage our social media presence through creative storytelling.

• Stay ahead of social media trends and use modern AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Photography, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media, photography, videography, or digital marketing.

• Strong photography and short-form video skills.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar is an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about travel and storytelling.

Additional Skills

• Hospitality or tourism industry experience.

• Drone photography or videography.

• Influencer collaborations.

• Experience creating high-performing social media content.
