Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of mechanical works on a major construction project. In this role, you will ensure mechanical installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on site
• Coordinate and supervise mechanical subcontractors and site teams
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project standards
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues during construction and commissioning
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Support commissioning activities, inspections, and system handover
• Monitor progress, performance, and costs relating to the mechanical scope of works

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with experience managing mechanical works on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. You will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced site environment. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing mechanical works on complex construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems
• Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Experience using project management or construction management software
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure
