  • Take responsibility for mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, cooling infrastructure, pipework and associated plant.
  • Coordinate mechanical procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
  • Manage programme, budget, contractor performance, quality and safety across the mechanical scope.
  • Work closely with electrical, CSA, design and commissioning teams to ensure successful integration of mechanical systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges, ensuring projects progress against key milestones.
  • Report into the MEP Lead and contribute to the wider MEP delivery strategy.

About You

  • Strong mechanical construction and project delivery experience within data centres or similarly complex industrial environments.
  • Experience managing substantial mechanical packages, contractors and multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • Good understanding of mission critical cooling infrastructure and mechanical systems.
  • Exposure to high density cooling or liquid cooling technologies would be particularly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial awareness, programme management and contractor management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Norwegian construction market, local contractors and delivery practices would be beneficial.
  • A practical, solutions focused approach with the ability to lead teams and drive delivery.

Why Consider This Opportunity? This is an opportunity to move into, or further develop your career within, a developer-side environment, taking ownership of mechanical delivery across a growing portfolio of major projects. You will be joining an ambitious business at an important stage of expansion, with the opportunity to influence delivery standards, work alongside experienced industry professionals and contribute to the development of critical digital infrastructure across Norway. The position will involve a combination of Oslo-based working and time on project sites across Norway. Interested in finding out more? Please contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
