Requirements • Proven experience in a Mechanical Construction Manager, Mechanical Package Manager, MEP Manager, Site Manager or similar senior construction role. • Strong experience managing mechanical subcontractors and their supervisory teams. • Previous experience working for a main contractor / general contractor or major MEP contractor. • Experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally data centres, mission-critical facilities or other complex infrastructure projects. • Strong understanding of mechanical construction delivery, programme and project coordination. • Experience working with multiple subcontractors and managing interfaces between trades. • Strong understanding of construction quality, HSE and compliance requirements. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation. • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international project environment. • Willingness to work on a site-based rotational basis in Norway. • EU/EEA work rights or appropriate eligibility to work in Norway. Desirable Experience • Data centre / hyperscale / mission-critical project experience. • HVAC, chilled water, cooling, pipework or other large-scale mechanical systems. • Testing and commissioning experience. • Experience working on projects with significant MEP subcontractor packages. • Previous international construction experience.
