Material and Plottershop Lead - Sales Market Denmark/Norway/Iceland

Stillingsbeskrivelse WHAT YOU'LL DO As Material & Plottershop Lead you are the technical specialist ensuring that all commercial actions are optimized within the overall Brand direction and Sales market Visual Merchandising (VM) priorities, always securing an elevated, competitive and convenient customer experience within physical stores. You will:

• Secure that stores have the right visual materials in the right place at the right time through effective planning, ordering, and inventory management.
• Own and coordinate Sales Market routines, budgets, and processes related to store materials and visual equipment.
• Lead navigation and vinyl communication across stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business needs.
• Partner with stores, Areas, and cross-functional teams to support strong visual execution and continuous improvements.
• Secure implementation and maintenance of machinery, materials, and operations within the Plottershop.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with Store and Area Visual teams, Expansion, Customer Activation, OMNI Sales, Sustainability, and HR teams, providing guidance, coordination, and operational support related to visual materials, navigation, and plottershop operations. WHO YOU ARE You have a background in Visual Merchandising or Graphic Design and bring advanced skills in project management, customer focus, team development, and visual execution. You offer strong VM or store experience with excellent organizational skills and plottershop knowledge. You are highly structured, technically minded, and enjoy working with tools, processes, and operational routines. You have a natural ability to quickly learn new systems and find practical solutions that support efficient ways of working. We are looking for people with:

• 2+ years' experience from a Store Visual, Visual Merchandising, or similar retail visual role.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with routines, planning, and coordination.
• Experience handling visual materials and supporting visual execution in stores.
• A technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
