What you'll do

Covidence is a growing international technology company developing and manufacturing specialised, miniaturised electronics used in demanding applications around the world. With subsidiaries in the UK and Ireland, we work across borders and collaborate with colleagues and customers internationally. We’re now looking for a curious and hands-on Marketing Student Assistant to join our commercial team in Risskov. If you’re looking to turn what you learn in your studies into real-world experience, this is an opportunity to get involved, take responsibility and see your work make a difference in an international business. Get hands-on marketing experience in a growing technology company Want to see what marketing looks like beyond textbooks, lectures and theory? At Covidence Group, you’ll get to work on real marketing materials that are used by our customers, sales team and partners. You’ll work closely with our commercial organisation and get an inside look at how marketing supports an international B2B technology business. It’s a varied role where you can combine content, design, digital marketing and practical project work — and where the work you do will be visible and have a real purpose. What you’ll do You’ll become part of the commercial team and help make sure our products, materials and marketing presence are always ready to go. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Create visual content: Design banners, icons, presentations and other visual assets for digital and print use.
  • Bring products to life: Keep product documentation, datasheets and other materials accurate, clear and up to date.
  • Keep our digital presence fresh: Manage and update content on our customer portal.
  • Make information easy to find: Maintain our digital and physical library of marketing and product materials.
  • Get trade shows ready: Help prepare presentations, printed materials, product information and practical logistics for exhibitions and customer events.
  • Take ownership of projects: Pick up smaller projects and special tasks as they arise, with the opportunity to shape how things are done.

This is a hands-on marketing role designed for someone who wants to learn by doing. You’ll get involved in the practical work behind B2B marketing — creating visual content, preparing marketing materials, supporting trade shows and helping turn ideas into something tangible. It’s a varied role where you’ll gain experience across different areas of marketing rather than focusing on just one. You’re the right person if you

  • Are studying marketing, communications, multimedia design, business, or a similar field
  • Are looking for a role where you can put your knowledge into practice and gain hands-on experience
  • Are organised, independent and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage different tasks and priorities
  • Have strong, natural English writing skills and feel confident communicating in English
  • Enjoy turning information into clear, useful and professional content
  • Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Have some experience with content creation or document management – this is an advantage, but not a requirement

Most importantly, you’re curious, willing to learn and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks. You will work primarily from our office in Risskov. As the role involves close collaboration with the commercial team and hands-on work with physical materials, being comfortable working on-site is important. What we offer

  • A paid, part-time student position in a growing international technology company
  • Real responsibility from day one – your work will be used and have a visible impact
  • The opportunity to build practical experience across content, design, digital marketing and B2B communications
  • A varied role where you can learn, contribute and take ownership
  • A small and collaborative team where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business
  • The opportunity to see how marketing connects with products, sales and customers in an international company

If you’re looking for a student job where you can create things, learn how a real business works and see the results of your work, we’d love to hear from you. How to apply Send a CV and a short note (3–4 paragraphs, not a generic cover letter) explaining why you are a good fit for this role. If you have a portfolio or other relevant examples of your work, you are also welcome to include or share it as part of your application. Please submit your application through: www.covidence.com/job-openings If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Mathias Borg on email: mbo@covidence.com.
