Marketing Specialist

About Us Sino Finland Education Oy is a Finland-based education services company providing educational consulting, learning planning, family education support, training courses, and cross-cultural education services, mainly for Chinese and Asian customers. We are looking for a motivated and versatile Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our small and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market our educational services, training courses, and learning support products, primarily to Chinese-speaking customers.
• Communicate with potential customers, introduce our services, and support sales activities and customer relationships.
• Develop marketing materials, manage online marketing channels, and support cooperation with business partners in China.
• Assist in developing and improving training courses, educational content, and customer presentation materials.
• Support pricing calculations, course development cost estimates, and basic financial analysis.
• Handle various administrative, coordination, and business development tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Good Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken, for marketing, customer communication, and sales activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic English and Finnish skills. Translation tools may be used to support daily work.
• Basic financial and numerical skills for calculating service prices, costs, and budgets.
• An interest in education, marketing, sales, and customer service.
• A flexible, proactive, and independent working attitude, with the ability to handle different responsibilities in a small team.

Experience in marketing, sales, education, or business development is an advantage, but candidates with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
