Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager B2B Telecom SaaSVX Fiber | Stockholm | Full-time VX Fiber is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and help us generate more qualified sales opportunities across our international markets. You will turn commercial priorities into a focused marketing plan—and deliver it. From sharpening our product messaging and creating campaigns to building HubSpot workflows and improving our website, you will combine sound marketing judgement with practical execution. As our main marketing owner, you will work closely with sales, product, leadership, agencies and marketing specialists. The role This role suits someone who enjoys both deciding what needs to happen and making it happen. You can identify the right audiences, explain a complex technology offering clearly, and build campaigns that move potential customers from initial interest to a meaningful sales conversation, experirence in technology marketing and ideally B2B telecommunicaitons is highly valued. You will have ownership of marketing planning, delivery and improvement, with the opportunity to shape how marketing develops at VX Fiber. What you’ll do

• Own the marketing plan. Translate business and sales priorities into clear audiences, campaigns, budgets and measurable objectives. Make deliberate choices about where to focus time and resources.
• Generate qualified demand. Plan, build and improve campaigns across our website, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, taking responsibility for the content and execution.
• Work closely with sales. Agree target customers, qualification criteria and follow-up processes. Use feedback from sales conversations to improve targeting, messaging and lead quality.
• Lead product and solution messaging. Turn technical capabilities, customer insights and commercial benefits into clear positioning for network owners, service providers and other relevant buyers.
• Improve our website and content. Create and maintain product pages, campaign pages, customer stories and clear calls to action that help visitors understand our offer and take the next step.
• Equip sales with useful materials. Develop presentations, one-pagers, case studies and campaign assets that support customer conversations and help opportunities progress.
• Measure performance and act on it. Track conversion, lead quality, opportunities and marketing’s contribution to pipeline. Use the findings to improve campaigns and guide investment.
• Manage external support. Brief and coordinate agencies or freelancers, manage agreed budgets, and maintain quality and consistency across their work.

What you’ll bring

• Typically five or more years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with a track record of owning and delivering marketing activity.
• Evidence of generating qualified demand and supporting sales pipeline, with the ability to explain what you delivered and what changed as a result.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to turn complex technical information into clear, commercially relevant content.
• Practical experience with digital campaigns, website content, email marketing and LinkedIn.
• Confidence working with sales, product specialists and senior leadership, including challenging assumptions and recommending priorities.
• The judgement to balance ambition with available resources, and the willingness to produce work yourself.
• Fluent English. Swedish is a strong advantage, and additional languages are welcome.

Experience in B2B technology, telecoms, fibre, infrastructure, SaaS or connectivity would be particularly valuable. Familiarity with longer sales cycles, account-based marketing and managing external specialists would also be an advantage. Why join VX Fiber?
