What you'll do

Join KILROY and power our commercial growth engine across 8 markets At KILROY, we help people explore the world through life-defining travel experiences. To fuel our development across eight European markets, we are looking for a Marketing Intelligence & Growth Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of technical measurement, marketing channel dynamics, and commercial strategy. Taking ownership of our central data architecture, you will connect data pipelines in Funnel.io, maintain Data Studio dashboards, and evaluate full-funnel customer behavior - from initial ad click through website UX to Salesforce leads and email follow-ups. Most importantly, you will turn data into action. You will facilitate monthly marketing intelligence reviews with our local Marketing Managers, Paid Search & Digital Acquisition Specialist, and Campaign Manager—translating performance narratives into clear recommendations for budget shifts, campaign tweaks, and website conversion optimization (CRO). Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & Attribution Foundations

  • Protect and Develop Attribution Integrity: Take ownership of our Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 architecture to ensure tracking, conversion events, and attribution models remain rock-solid across all 8 markets.
  • Connect Channel Data: Oversee data pipelines and blending tools (Funnel.io) to unify ad spend, traffic, and lead metrics across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, organic channels, and web analytics into a single source of truth.
  • Secure optimal usage of META and Google pixel and tracking integrations in campaigns
  • Bridge Marketing & CRM: Ensure lead attribution and campaign source data flow reliably from digital touchpoints through our website forms and into Salesforce/CRM to evaluate true lead quality and booking value.
  • Funnel Salesforce Data back into paid channels to automize and optimize audience building and retargeting

Central Dashboards & Funnel Health

  • Develop cross-channel dashboards: Lead the hands-on delivery of comprehensive, cross-channel Data Studio dashboards combining real-time Salesforce CRM data with website (GA4) & campaign (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) metrics.
  • Monitor Multi-Market Funnel Health: Track ongoing performance trends (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and enquiry volume) across search, social, organic, and email channels to detect anomalies and spot cross-market opportunities.
  • Analyzing and storytelling: performance across website UX, campaigns, keywords and ad creatives to generate data-driven recommendations for Marketing Managers, optimizing ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Data Storytelling & Monthly Strategic Action

  • Lead Monthly Marketing/Commercial Intelligence Reviews: Design, facilitate, and host action-oriented monthly strategy sessions with local Marketing Managers, the Paid Search Specialist, and the Campaign Manager.
  • Master Data Storytelling: Translate dashboard data into visual, easy-to-digest narratives that explain why performance is shifting and where local teams should take commercial action.
  • Guide Channel Strategy & Budget Allocation: Use multi-touch attribution insights and an understanding of digital channel mechanics (Search intent vs. Social discovery) to recommend proactive budget reallocations across markets.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use UX behavioral analytics (e.g., Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar) alongside quantitative analytics to identify landing page friction and test web experience improvements.

Who You Are You are a rare hybrid: technical enough to manage tracking logic, data pipelines, and reporting tools, knowledgeable about how digital acquisition channels operate, and commercial enough to stand in front of a room of stakeholders to tell a persuasive story about where KILROY should invest. But first and foremost you’re a genuine and nice person that is easy to collaborate with and create a natural following from your team. Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in growth analytics, performance marketing, or marketing intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Studio & Funnel.io (or similar data connector and visualization tools) for building and maintaining multi-channel dashboards.
  • Solid foundation in GTM & GA4 with a strong understanding of multi-channel attribution models, event tagging, and tracking logic.
  • Understanding of digital channel mechanics & CRM flows: Practical knowledge of how Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social, and CRM environments (e.g., Salesforce) interact across a full lead-generation funnel.
  • Proven data storytelling skills: Comfortable leading workshops, facilitating monthly performance reviews, and translating numbers into clear business recommendations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with UX behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar).
  • Experience with email automation workflows and post-inquiry lead nurturing.
  • Background in multi-market B2C travel or high-consideration lead-generation environments.

What Success Looks Like

  • Data Trust: 100% confidence across HQ and local market teams in our tracking setup, CRM attribution, and dashboard metrics.
  • Seamless Team Synergy: Paid Search and Campaign- and local Marketing Managers are fully supported with the data insights they need to optimize campaigns.
  • Understand and engage: in the vision and direction of each market alongside the numbers to support them in the best way.
  • High-Impact Monthly Cadence: Monthly intelligence sessions become the primary driver for strategic alignment and budget decisions across all 8 markets.
  • Smarter Reallocation: Measurable improvements in return on ad spend (ROAS) and qualified travel requests driven by data-backed budget shifts.
