Job Description: As a Marketing Data & Analytics Intern (6 months, unpaid) at Insutex, you will support the marketing team with data analysis, performance tracking, reporting, and dashboard development across marketing, website, and sales activities. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring together data from different channels, identify trends and opportunities, and turn data into clear insights that can help guide marketing and commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining marketing dashboards and KPI reporting
• Collecting, structuring, and analysing data from website, campaigns, social media, and sales
• Tracking marketing performance across different channels and identifying trends and opportunities
• Supporting campaign reporting and analysing results against KPIs
• Analysing website traffic, user behaviour, and lead generation
• Connecting marketing activities with sales and commercial outcomes
• Turning data into clear insights and recommendations for the marketing team
• Supporting the analysis of customer and sales data to identify patterns and opportunities
• Helping improve data tracking, reporting processes, and data quality
• Creating regular performance reports and presentations for the team

Requirements:

• Strong interest in data, analytics, and understanding business performance
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or relevant experience
• Comfortable working with Excel
• Interest in learning tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to turn complex information into clear and understandable insights
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, Danish is a plus)
• Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for making a positive environmental impact
