Marketing Coordinator Role (Event & Content) - Maternity Cover

We are looking for an organised, execution-focused marketing coordinator to join our brand and marketing team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, operational role built for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and gets genuinely excited by crossing tasks off their list! In this role, you will be supporting our team mainly, but not exclusively, on content and events, managing event logistics, executing email campaigns, and updating/publishing on our digital channels. • Support with operational tasks and/or owning project management and logistics for webinars, trade shows, and external events, including pre-event asset creation and email marketing.
• Track attendee engagement, build post-event reports, and coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups.
• Help draft and schedule organic social media content across our primary channels.
• Format, proofread, and publish blogs, case studies, and landing pages across our digital platforms.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks across the broader marketing team as needed.

What We Are Looking For ✔️

• 2/3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, content, or events role.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a structured approach to project execution.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social tools (specifically HubSpot, Livestorm, Webflow, and Figma).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to deliver tasks start-to-finish, while remaining a collaborative team player.
• Curious about AI and actively experimenting with AI tools for content creation and process optimisation.
• Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in January, to provide maternity leave cover.
• Possibility of extension: There may be an opportunity to extend the contract, subject to business needs, budget availability, and performance.
