Co-Founder & Head of Marketing — BrandsSynergy BrandsSynergy is looking for a fourth founder to lead our marketing and serve as the main public face of the company. About BrandsSynergy BrandsSynergy is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform. Brands enter their requirements in plain language, and our AI matches them with relevant creators. Campaign management, messaging, affiliate tracking, and payments all take place in one unified platform. The product is built, functional, and ready for market. Our founding team consists of three members covering backend development, frontend development, and sales. We are a high-energy team of young founders looking for an entrepreneurial marketing partner with equal standing at the table. Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face of BrandsSynergy: Serve as the primary on-camera presence for the brand, building a recognizable public profile that brands and creators recognize and trust.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Script, film, edit, and publish content across short-form video and major social platforms where creators and marketing teams spend time.
• Organic Growth & Visibility: Drive brand awareness, expand our reach, improve organic search visibility (SEO), and manage our media presence.
• End-to-End Marketing: Own the entire marketing function from high-level go-to-market strategy to day-to-day creative execution.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence: Confident, natural, and engaging on video.
• Proven social growth experience: A track record of organically growing social media channels, building active communities, or scaling content performance.
• Self-starter execution: Able to independently produce, edit, publish, and iterate on content without needing an external team.
• Long-term mindset: Highly ambitious and driven by building substantial long-term equity value rather than immediate cash compensation.
• Location: Must be based within the European Union (or compatible CET time zones) for smooth day-to-day collaboration.

Compensation & Details

• Equity: Equal Co-Founder equity.
• Structure: Equity-only until the company reaches consistent revenue or closes a funding round.
• Location: Remote (European Union).
