What you'll do

About Us Since 2002, Potentialpark has provided professional market research and consulting—always with the goal of improving communication between top talent and employers. For an upcoming 2-week research study focusing on apprentices and students, we are looking for well-organized, independent team players who speak native (or near-native) German or French. Wherever you work remotely from in the EU—we’d love to hear from you! What We Offer

  • Make an Impact: Help major companies connect with the right apprentices and students while improving their target audience employer branding.
  • Great Team Culture: Join a fun, international team (representing ~15 different countries) passionate about shaping the future of work.
  • Industry Insight: Gain hands-on experience at an established market research institute and collaborate on an exciting, innovative project.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze career websites and social media channels of hundreds of top employers.
  • Benchmark these channels against talent expectations gathered from our student/apprentice surveys.
  • Collaborate closely with our international research team to deliver key insights.
  • Learn about Potentialpark—and who knows, this might just be the start of a long-term journey with us!

What We Are Looking For

  • Mindset: Structured, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about keeping organized to-do lists.
  • Languages: Native or fluent (flawless) written and spoken German or French. All Research Assistants must speak good conversational English to collaborate with our international team.
  • Status: Currently enrolled as a student or actively job hunting.
  • Work Authorization: Must hold a valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Sweden/EU.

Project Timeline & Commitment

  • Training Sessions (Mandatory):
  • Dates: 8/10 and 15/10
  • Details: 2 online/remote training sessions (2 hours each) plus a short take-home exercise.
  • Project: October 19 – October 30, 2026 (40 hours/week)

Compensation

  • 11,000 SEK gross
