Through its floating solar technology, Brizo, the company is helping unlock opportunities for solar power generation in exposed coastal and wave-prone environments. As Brizo moves towards international commercialization, the team is looking for a commercially minded Market Analyst to help shape the market strategy behind one of the renewable energy industry's most exciting emerging technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious analyst early in their career who wants to combine market research, business insight and strategic thinking. You will work closely with commercial, technical and project teams to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs and support key decisions related to growth, market entry and commercialization. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor analysis across floating solar and renewable energy sectors
• Monitor market trends, customer demand and regulatory developments
• Identify potential customers, partners and project opportunities
• Support commercial teams with market assessments and presentations
• Contribute to business cases, commercial evaluations and investment assessments
• Support tenders, commercialization initiatives and business development activities
• Track relevant funding programs and market-entry opportunities

Qualifications Must-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Interest in renewable energy, innovation and emerging technologies

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Power BI, Python or similar analytical tools
• Experience from internships, consulting, strategy, business development, analysis or renewable energy environments
