Market Access Specialist | Power & Gas Markets

📢 Calling all ambitious professionals who want to work with the best and become the best! We're the team hedge funds, investment banks, and trading firms call when they want to enter a new power or gas market. We've run 300+ of these projects across 95+ markets, and we're hiring a Market Access Manager to take on the next wave of them. You'd be the person clients and regulators deal with directly, managing a project from first conversation to first trade, across whichever jurisdictions it touches. What you'll do

• Lead market access projects across multiple jurisdictions, start to finish
• Guide clients through new market entries and regulatory requirements
• Liaise directly with regulators, exchanges, and legal counterparties
• Own documentation and compliance quality on your projects
• Improve internal workflows as you go
• Occasional short-term international travel

What success looks like at 6 months: you're running market access projects independently, regulators and clients come to you directly, and you've identified at least one process you've improved. What you need

• Experience in the energy industry: market access, business development, or trading
• Degree in Economics, Business, Law, or similar
• Fluent professional English (additional languages a strong plus)
• Skilled in owning projects without close supervision
