The opportunity The Maritime Marketing Manager supports the Director, Maritime and Telemar TNL Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy for Marlink’s Maritime Business Unit and relevant Telemar TNL businesses. The role is responsible for coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, sales-enablement materials, events, content and customer communications across the shipping, offshore and fishing segments. Working closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and shared Corporate Marketing teams, the Marketing Manager ensures that agreed activities move efficiently from planning and briefing through to delivery, measurement and follow-up. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent project management, presentation development, content review and stakeholder coordination skills. Key responsibilities Campaign and segment-plan delivery

  • Support the translate the Maritime marketing strategy into detailed campaign plans, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder actions.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across segments.
  • Maintain the integrated Maritime go-to-market and campaign calendar, keeping milestones, dependencies, responsibilities and deadlines visible.
  • Support the Maritime go-to-market process by preparing status updates, documenting actions and following up with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, communications and social media.
  • Support the management of campaigns from initial brief through development, approval, delivery, distribution and post-campaign review.

Content and presentations

  • Develop high-quality presentations for customers, Sales, executives, conferences and other industry engagements.
  • Turn strategic, commercial and technical information into clear, concise and visually effective narratives.
  • Draft, review and edit campaign content, customer communications, sales collateral and internal communications.
  • Review materials for factual accuracy, messaging consistency, structure, language, audience relevance and presentation quality.
  • Coordinate input and approvals from Product Marketing, Product Management and relevant subject-matter experts.
  • Support the development of executive briefs, speaking points, conference submissions and event presentations.
  • Ensure customer-facing content follows approved brand, messaging and editorial guidelines.

Sales enablement

  • Coordinate the development of customer presentations, case studies, brochures, campaign collateral and other commercial sales tools.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities with tailored presentations and marketing materials.
  • Work with Product Marketing to ensure product-related content is accurate and appropriately approved.

Events and industry activities

  • Support event content, creative assets, speaker materials, invitations
  • Support industry, partner, embassy and trade commission activities by coordinating marketing materials, executive participation and communications.
  • Occasional travel to selected events where required.

Performance and marketing operations

  • Maintain campaign dashboards, project plans and delivery updates.
  • Support the tracking of campaign engagement, leads, marketing-influenced opportunities and event outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Sales and digital marketing colleagues to support lead follow-up and campaign reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, templates, workflows and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure activities comply with corporate standards and approval processes.

What we're looking for Experience

  • Experience in a mid-level B2B marketing role, ideally within maritime, satellite communications, telecommunications, technology or another complex B2B industry.
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience producing and reviewing presentations, campaign content, sales collateral and customer-facing communications.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales and technical subject-matter experts.
  • Experience coordinating with internal cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of the maritime or satellite communications industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting international events or geographically distributed teams would be advantageous.

  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation-development skills, with the ability to build clear narratives and turn complex information into concise, engaging slides.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to review content critically, challenge inconsistencies and identify gaps before materials are published or distributed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders across different functions and levels.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports customer engagement, pipeline development and business growth.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, anticipate issues and keep multiple workstreams moving.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-moving, international and cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive, dependable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications and common marketing and project-management platforms.
  • Additional European language skills would be beneficial.
