Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer to join our team in Sweden. Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Tooling & Equipment Engineer focuses on designing and developing mechanical equipment and tools for use in manufacturing processes including: Researching production equipment solutions and developing new or modifying existing equipment designs
• Designing, developing, and implementing mechanical equipment and tools (e.g., machinery, machine attachments, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, etc.)
• Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and associated processes to optimize utilization, uptime and production yield
• May liaise with and conduct training for the Technology Transfer and Production Groups on new equipment and associated processes.
• Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
