This is a role for someone who leads from the front. Someone who creates momentum, inspires followership, challenges the status quo, and is just as comfortable sitting with key customers as leading their own management team. About Kamstrup Kamstrup is a global technology company with 80 years of curiosity and innovation, helping utilities accelerate the green transition. With smart metering solutions for heat, cooling, water and electricity, around 1,700 colleagues and meters installed worldwide, we turn measurements into what truly matters for our customers. In Sweden, we serve utilities of all sizes, as well as selected industrial and residential customers, and have colleagues at four locations. About the role As Managing Director Sweden, you will translate Kamstrup's global strategy into a successful local growth agenda. Operating in a global matrix, you will balance local market opportunities with global priorities and collaborate across functions and regions. You will create clarity and focus, set ambitious business objectives and build a high-performance culture through clear KPIs and accountability. You will hold full responsibility for the country's P&L, budget and legal entity. In this role, you will:

  • Be a visible commercial leader who actively wins new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts
  • Represent Kamstrup in the Swedish market and build strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders
  • Inspire, coach and develop a sales organisation that thrives on accountability and collaboration
  • Shape and execute the market strategy together with the Nordic leadership team
  • Lead organisational change, creating trust, followership and a common way of working across the Swedish locations

Your team. You will lead an organisation of approximately 45 employees, with direct responsibility for the Sales team and indirect leadership of Customer Services and Product Management. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Sales Nordic, you will be a member of the Nordic Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and commercial success of the region. Who you are You are an ambitious commercial leader with a proven ability to grow businesses while also holding a P&L. You know that leadership is about creating followership, and you naturally bring people with you through trust, energy and clear direction. At the same time, you are a hunter at heart. You enjoy opening doors, winning strategic accounts and being personally involved. You have:

  • Significant experience leading complex B2B solution sales
  • A strong track record of profitable growth and P&L responsibility
  • Successfully led business transformation and commercial change
  • Built engaged, high-performing teams through modern, inspiring leadership
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience from a manufacturing or industrial company, or from energy and neighboring industries
  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation and reporting to a headquarters outside Sweden
  • Experience of public tenders

Why Kamstrup You will become part of a purpose-driven technology company helping utilities accelerate the green transition through intelligent solutions for electricity, heat, cooling and water. With colleagues in four different locations, you will be part of a diverse and integrated group that cherishes good colleagueship, where only your engagement sets the limit.
