We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to develop our approach to compensation, benefits, and job architecture. Working closely with Group People & Culture, Finance, business leaders, and local HR teams, you will establish common reward principles while taking account of local markets and business needs. • Strong experience in a comparable total rewards or compensation and benefits role, including salary reviews and market benchmarking.
  • Experience developing or applying job architecture and compensation frameworks.
