Then we would love to have you join us! The Role To support the growth of Genmab, we are looking for a Manager, Reverse logistics to join the team in Copenhagen. As Manager, Reverse Logistics & Compliance you will develop and manage global reverse logistics processes across Genmab’s distribution network in the US, EU and APAC. The role covers product returns, recall logistics, expired and damaged inventory, and product destruction, ensuring traceability, inventory accuracy and effective coordination with Quality, Finance and relevant compliance functions. You will also coordinate compliance across global supply chain activities, working closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, Legal and Finance to embed applicable regulatory requirements and internal controls into operational processes. This includes supporting compliance risk assessments, audit readiness, corrective actions and training, while promoting clear accountability and continuous improvement across supply chain teams and external partners. The role reports to Director, Head of Corporate Logistics & Distribution, Commercial Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Global reverse logistics: Establish and manage processes for return authorization, collection, transportation, receipt, segregation, inventory reconciliation and final disposition, including associated documentation and financial closure.
• Returns management: Coordinate commercial returns with 3PLs, distributors and regional teams, ensuring product eligibility, batch details, quantities, condition and supporting documentation are verified.
• Recall and withdrawal support: Lead supply chain execution of recalls and market withdrawals under the relevant governance, including collection, shipment tracking, reconciliation and operational support for mock recalls.
• Product disposition and destruction: Coordinate the execution of Quality-approved disposition decisions, including return to saleable inventory where permitted, continued quarantine or destruction. Ensure destruction is documented and reconciled with inventory and financial records.
• Traceability and systems: Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records throughout the returns lifecycle. Coordinate with IT and serialization teams on applicable product verification, serialization and traceability activities.
• Financial and trade coordination: Work with Finance, Commercial/Trade and Trade Compliance to align returns with credit processing, inventory write-offs, SOX controls and applicable customs, VAT and duty requirements.
• Performance and improvement: Develop a global scorecard covering return cycle time, reconciliation accuracy, destruction completion, supplier performance, compliance issues and cost. Lead improvements that reduce waste and strengthen process control.
• Supply chain compliance governance: Establish and maintain a global supply chain compliance framework across the US, EU and APAC, coordinating with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, Legal and Finance to embed applicable requirements into supply chain processes.
• Compliance monitoring and remediation: Coordinate supply chain compliance risk assessments, monitor adherence to approved procedures and internal controls, and drive timely closure of, Quality events, assigned audit findings and corrective actions with accountable functions.
• Change assessment and training: Partner with Quality and compliance functions to assess the supply chain impact of regulatory and operational changes, translate agreed requirements into procedures and controls, and coordinate training for internal teams and external partners.
• Management of stakeholders: Corporate and Regional Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, Legal, Finance, Commercial/Trade, Procurement, IT and serialization teams, alongside 3PLs, distributors, transportation providers and authorized destruction partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology logistics, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing product returns, recalls, inventory reconciliation and destruction within a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of GDP/GxP principles, temperature-controlled distribution and pharmaceutical product traceability.
• Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems, preferably SAP, and operational reporting tools.
• Experience supporting supplier oversight, deviations, corrective actions, audits and controlled documentation.
• Experience in supply chain compliance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including working knowledge of GxP/GDP, trade compliance and SOX/internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct compliance risk assessments, support audits and inspections, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions across supply chain functions.

The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: DKK584.000,00-876.000,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
