About The Role We are looking for a Manager of AIT Project Management to join our AIT Project Management leadership team. As a team, we are working on some of the largest and most technically complex pharma projects in Denmark, using the latest technologies across Automation and IT. Together with the AIT Project Management leadership team, you will lead and develop a department of 15 Project Managers delivering highly technical projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Your contribution will be important in ensuring high performance and employee wellbeing, while securing the right resources and competencies for our growing project portfolio. You will work closely with Project Directors, customers, and Sales to support business development, follow up on new opportunities and ensure the right staffing across our projects. You will also contribute to creating a positive and engaging working environment across our wider team of more than 50 highly skilled Project Managers. Our Project Managers bring experience across Process Automation, SCADA, PLC, IT/OT, PI, PAT, MES, and automated solutions. Project execution ranges from traditional PMP-based planning and execution to agile methodologies and the use of ADO, depending on the project area and customer requirements. Location Denmark - Kalundborg Experience Over 10 years Department AIT Project Management How You Might Spend Your Days As a Manager of AIT Project Management, you’ll be:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a motivated team of Project Managers, ensuring high employee engagement and wellbeing
• Ensuring the right resources and competence mix are in place to support our growth strategy and project pipeline
• Working closely with Project Directors, customers, and Sales to support project delivery, business development, and new opportunities
• Strengthening Project Management processes within AIT and driving continuous improvements
• Supporting project execution and, when needed, taking on smaller assignments as a Project Manager

• You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or bring equivalent relevant experience
• You have at least four years of experience leading Project Managers and/or technical specialists
• You have a background as a Project Manager
• You have knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish
