Management Systems Coordinator

We are now looking for a Management Systems Coordinator to join our team in Pietarsaari and contribute to the development of our global management systems.

What you'll be doing

As a Management Systems Coordinator, you will help ensure that our management system remains effective, compliant, and continuously evolving. Your work will have a broad impact across Beamex, supporting multiple business units and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and developing management system documentation, processes, and policies

• Supporting process owners in documenting, analyzing, and improving their processes

• Supporting document management practices and tools and their development.

• Supporting internal audit activities and following up audit findings and corrective actions

• Monitoring and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives

• Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities

• Coordinating management system-related training and awareness activities

• Promoting the use of data, digital tools, and AI in management system development and improvement work

No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be following up audit findings with stakeholders across the organization, while the next day you are helping improve a process, analyzing data, or exploring how AI can support more efficient ways of working.

Your team

You will join a close-knit team of four professionals responsible for developing and maintaining Beamex's management systems. The team works closely together, shares knowledge openly, and supports each other in their daily work. While everyone has their own responsibilities, collaboration is at the heart of how the team operates.

You will work closely with colleagues across the entire organization and receive thorough onboarding and support from experienced management system professionals.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is curious about how things work and excited about how they can be improved. You enjoy bringing structure to complex topics, working with people across different functions, and finding smarter ways of doing things.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or another relevant field

• Some work experience and an understanding of business processes and how organizations operate

• An interest in quality, compliance, continuous improvement, or process development

• Strong digital skills and enthusiasm for AI and new technologies

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Copilot, or data and reporting tools is considered an advantage

• Good English language skills. Finnish is considered an advantage

Just as importantly, you're proactive and eager to learn. You're comfortable reaching out to different stakeholders, asking questions, and driving things forward. You see opportunities for improvement where others see routines, and you enjoy turning ideas into action.

Previous experience with the ISO 9001 standard, auditing, or management systems is beneficial, but not required. We're equally interested in your potential, curiosity, and willingness to grow into the role.

The salary range for this position is 2600-3400€ per month, and the final salary will be based on the selected candidates background and skills. In addition to your base salary, we offer a performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including Epassi (€400/year), extensive occupational healthcare, and the Auntie service to support mental wellbeing. Youll also have the opportunity to take part in Team Beamex events and activities throughout the year.
