Do you enjoy hands-on maintenance and have experience leading a small team? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help keep AIRE running smoothly for their guests. On behalf of AIRE Copenhagen, Career | a JKS company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. You will be the Facilities Manager’s right hand, coordinating four technicians and stepping in for the manager when needed. Your tasks and responsibilities You will work alongside the team, set priorities and support the technicians with clear direction and feedback. You respond to urgent issues and adapt plans to minimise disruption for guests. As the supervisor, you will support onboarding, training and development of your employees, as well as providing guidance and feedback. Your tasks will include:
Your qualifications and personality You are practical and very hands-on, with broad technical skills, around two years of maintenance experience and at least one year of experience leading or coordinating a small team. Experience in electrical work, plumbing, building maintenance, or similar areas would be a plus and experience with pool or water treatment would be valuable. Furthermore, you:
As part of the on-call arrangement, you need to be flexible and able to reach the Copenhagen site promptly when an urgent issue arises. What to expect You will work dayshifts Monday to Friday, but it is important that you are flexible, as AIRE is open year-round. Approximately every other weekend you will work, typically from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You will also help cover holiday periods and be on call for emergencies. You will join a close-knit technical team at a site with around 30 employees, which means you will have direct contact with management.
