Maintenance Engineer

Careers Maintenance Engineer Seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain hotel facilities, perform repairs, and ensure the property remains safe and fully operational. Details We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Engineer to support the daily operations of our hotel. This position is responsible for maintaining the property, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring guest rooms, equipment, and common areas remain safe and in good working condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and able to troubleshoot a variety of general maintenance issues. Responsibilities -

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly to guest room and operational maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and building systems.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas for maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are require
• Follow hotel safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, building, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working with tools.
• Reliable and able to respond to maintenance needs as required
