Lounge Host for the Winter Season at Kittilä Airport

Deliver a first-class start to every Lapland journey

Kittilä Airport serves as the gateway to some of Lapland's most popular destinations. Airpro Lounge offers travelers a comfortable and high-quality environment before their journey continues.

We are now looking for Lounge Hosts for the winter season at Kittilä Airport.

As a Lounge Host, you will welcome guests, provide food and beverage service, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout their visit. You will work in an international airport environment and interact with customers from around the world.

The role primarily takes place within the Lounge but also requires flexibility to work across other Premium services at the airport and, when needed, at customer events outside the airport area.

We expect you to have

• Minimum age of 18
• English language skills are required. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience
• A valid Hygiene Passport
• An Alcohol Serving Passport (or willingness to obtain one)
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Clean background
• Basic IT skills

Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, tourism, lounges, hotels, or VIP services is considered an advantage.

In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life, the selected candidate must provide an approved drug test result as part of the pre-employment health examination.

Employment

The employment period starts in October-November 2026 and continues until March-April 2027.

The work is shift-based and shifts may be scheduled throughout the week.

Salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for the hospitality industry.
