Logistics Project Manager

Assignment description Customer is looking for a sub-project manager for a project within the digitalization and development of transport operations. The consultant is responsible for driving and coordinating the sub-project's activities together with the main project manager and relevant internal and external parties. Description We are looking for an operational and business-oriented project manager with experience in change and digitalization projects. The role requires a good understanding of transport and logistics and the ability to work at the interface between operations and IT. Experience in transport planning, terminal operations or warehouse operations is particularly important. Requirements Must have: Academic degree of at least bachelor's level in logistics, supply chain management, industrial economics, technology, business development or other relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in project management or sub-project management. Experience in projects in at least one of the following areas: - Transportation planning and transportation production and/or - Logistics and/or - Supply Chain Experience working in projects involving both operations and IT. Experience from at least two documented major business or IT change projects. At least 3 years of experience from operational activities within: - Terminal operations and/or - Warehouse operations and/or - Transport production Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and business development. Experience in coordination between multiple stakeholders and functions. Experience in collaborating with external suppliers. Experience of collaboration in large and complex organizations with many stakeholders. Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Nice to have: It would be advantageous if the consultant has experience in Transportation Planning. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience in change management in operational production environments. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience from previously working with Customer. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience in transportation networks and network optimization. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience in parcel, pallet or letter logistics. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience in implementing transport management systems. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience with data analysis and decision support tools. It would be an advantage if the consultant has experience from larger Nordic logistics or transport companies. Individual qualities: Be structured and self-driven. Be results and solution-oriented.
