Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator MOOD Publishing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our game-loving team in Copenhagen. You'll coordinate the journey of our games from manufacturers to warehouses, distributors, retailers, and players worldwide. At MOOD Publishing, we develop and publish immersive tabletop experiences that stand out in gameplay, components, miniatures, and art. Our recent successes, Deep Rock Galactic: The Board Game, Valheim: The Board Game, Goat Simulator: The Card Game and Hitman: The Board Game showcase our commitment to quality and passion to create memorable experiences. You'll own day-to-day logistics and order fulfillment while improving the systems and processes behind them. We value systemic solutions, accurate records, and a curious mind. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate international shipments from manufacturers to warehouses, distributors, retailers, and other partners.
• Oversee our campaign fulfillment process, starting with backend support and until full fulfillment is done.
• Manage freight forwarders and warehouse partners, compare shipping options, and negotiate competitive rates.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation, including packing lists and bills of lading, and coordinate customs clearance.
• Oversee B2B order fulfillment, including freight quotes, warehouse picking, customer collections, and dispatch.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory across warehouses, investigate discrepancies, and keep stock records accurate.
• Develop and improve logistics workflows, systems, and integrations, using tools such as Shopify, Webshipper, and warehouse management systems.
• Resolve delays, damages, shortages, and fulfillment errors, securing compensation where appropriate.
• Track logistics costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and improve service.
• Work closely with Production, Sales, Accounting, and Customer Support to keep orders and information moving.
• Take ownership of process improvements that reduce manual work, errors, and costs.
• Support Customer Service during busy periods, particularly with shipping, fulfillment, and delivery-related inquiries.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment.
• Solid knowledge of international freight, customs, shipping documents, and warehouse operations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator and negotiator who builds strong relationships with carriers and 3PLs.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and balances customer needs with commercial realities.
• Tech-savvy and systematic, with an interest in optimizing workflows, connecting systems, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Interest in board games and crowdfunding, with curiosity to learn how our projects work.
