LLM - Business Analyst - Norwegian Vraify is hiring Norwegian-speaking Business Analysts to help evaluate and improve large language models. Role overview You will read, summarize, and break down complex content; research and validate claims; answer analytical questions; and create scenarios, prompts, and explanations that help train AI models. Requirements

• Norwegian and English fluency are mandatory.
• Strong research, analytical, feedback, creative-thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with professional writing, research, editing, translation, or business analysis is valued.
• Comfort with Excel and Google Workspace; data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.

Engagement details

• Remote — eligible countries, subject to approval.
• Short-term freelance contractor assignment for 8 weeks; start immediately.
• 40 openings.
• At least 20 hours per week and 4 hours per day, including 4 hours of Pacific Time overlap. Options: 20, 30, or 40 hours/week.
• Eligible locations: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Egypt, Nigeria, Turkey, Brazil, Colombia, Poland, and Norway.
• Pay: USD $17/hour.
