LIA Internship Marketing– Growth Strategy & SEO About With Weini AB With Weini AB is a growing Stockholm-based wellbeing company working with organizations, communities and brands to make wellbeing more accessible, inclusive and relevant. We deliver yoga, mindfulness, workshops, keynotes and wellbeing experiences, and have worked with organizations and brands including Spotify, Kvinna till Kvinna and Stockholm Stad. We are now looking to strengthen our digital presence and reach more people through strategic, data-driven growth. We are looking for a curious and proactive Marketing LIA Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in growth strategy, SEO and digital marketing while contributing to the growth of a real business. About the role- please note that this is an unpaid opportunity As a Marketing LIA Intern, you will work closely with the founder to identify and implement opportunities to increase With Weini's online visibility, reach and organic growth. The role has a strong focus on growth strategy and SEO, with marketing and content supporting the overall strategy. Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting keyword and audience research to identify growth opportunities
• Developing and implementing SEO strategies
• Performing SEO audits and identifying technical, content and on-page improvements
• Optimizing website pages and content for search engines and users
• Developing strategies to grow organic traffic and online visibility
• Supporting YouTube SEO and developing strategies for channel growth
• Analysing website, YouTube and other digital performance data
• Tracking key metrics and identifying what is driving growth
• Researching competitors, trends and opportunities within the wellbeing space
• Identifying opportunities for backlinks, partnerships and digital collaborations
• Testing different growth ideas and measuring results
• Supporting content strategy based on SEO and audience insights
• Turning data and research into actionable marketing recommendations

Who you are We are looking for someone who is:

• Studying marketing, digital marketing, SEO, communications or a related field
• Eligible to complete an LIA internship
• Genuinely interested in growth, SEO and digital marketing
• Analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding what drives online growth
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Interested in experimenting, testing ideas and learning from results
• A strong communicator in English; Swedish is a plus
• Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment
• Interested in wellbeing, lifestyle, culture and purpose-driven brands

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, YouTube Studio, WordPress, SEO tools or similar platforms is a plus, but not essential.
