Do you want to play a key role in shaping learning and capability development in a truly global environment? We are looking for a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator to join ABB's international Learning & Digital Training team. In this role, you will support the coordination and delivery of learning programs, digital training solutions, and learning platforms while collaborating with stakeholders across a global organization.

About the Role

As a Learning & Digital Training Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting and coordinating global learning and training initiatives within the Motion Global Capability Team of Motion Service organization. Working closely with internal teams, global stakeholders, and external partners, you will help track agreed actions, follow up with stakeholders, and keep learning content and documentation up to date.

You will support the use of digital learning tools, including eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, and assist with routine Learning Management System (LMS) activities under team guidance. Your work will help maintain a consistent, user-friendly learning experience and contribute to continuous improvement of the teams processes and tools.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in digital learning platforms, training operations, and global collaboration rather than independent ownership of learning content, platforms, or content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the coordination of learning and training activities across the Motion Service organization
  • Assisting with meeting organization KPIs, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up

· Support the use of digital learning tools, including eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, and assist with routine LMS activities under team guidance

  • Updating and maintaining learning content and related documentation
  • Supporting communication with internal teams and external partners involved in training activities
  • Maintaining structured documentation of ongoing tasks, actions, and projects
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of learning processes, tools, and ways of working

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital learning, training coordination, and international collaboration while supporting a global organization's learning and development initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

You may be at the beginning of your career or already have a few years of professional experience. What matters most is your interest in digital learning solutions, willingness to learn, and understanding of how effective learning experiences are built.

We hope you bring:

· An interest in learning, development, and digital training environments

· Confidence in using common digital workplace tools and platforms

· Strong communication and coordination skills when working with different stakeholders

· A structured and well-organized approach to managing tasks and priorities

· The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

· A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset, with curiosity and a willingness to learn and take initiative

· Fluent English skills, as English is the daily working language and the official language used across the organization in this role

What Makes You Successful in This Role

You thrive in collaborative and international environments and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders. You are motivated by improving learning experiences and supporting digital training initiatives that make a real impact across a global organization. With a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, you apply best practices, work effectively within established processes, and contribute to an inclusive, safe, and supportive team culture.

What We Offers

ABB is a global technology company where you will become part of an international yet close-knit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in learning and training while building a long-term career within a global organization.

The position is a fixed-term assignment of one year, with a preferred start date as soon as possible. This position will be offered as a temporary agency assignment through Adecco Finland. The collective agreement is for senior salaried employees in the technology industry

The role offers full remote flexibility. However, we hope that the selected candidate will be able to visit the office at Pitäjänmäki occasionally to collaborate with the team and maintain personal connections with colleagues.

While the position does not involve regular travel, you will work closely with international colleagues and stakeholders in a global environment. The role provides an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise within an international organization and contribute to the development of learning and digital training solutions across a broad global network.
