Stockholm, Sweden | Full time | Home-based | R1572955 Overview The Learning Delivery Quality Lead is responsible for delivering onboarding, role-readiness, and capability development programs for Clinical Operations staff. This role partners with operational leaders, quality teams, HR, and client stakeholders to ensure employees are appropriately trained, compliant, and prepared to support global clinical research activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate sponsor "Ways of Working" training programs.
  • Lead onboarding and role-readiness programs for Clinical Operations personnel.
  • Coordinate study-specific, process, systems, and compliance training activities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance role-based training curricula for CRAs, CTAs, Study Managers, Direct Line Managers, and related functions.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps.
  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training workshops.
  • Monitor training compliance and competency metrics.
  • Partner with Operational Leaders, Quality, and HR teams to support workforce capability development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support inspection readiness through accurate and complete training documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deploy soft skills training programs.
  • Deliver sponsor Ways of Working training to new hires and existing team members as required.
  • Develop and maintain expertise across the client training landscape, procedural training, monitor training, role-specific training, systems training, therapeutic area learning pathways, and associated documentation.

Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for training-related inquiries from operational teams. Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Learning & Development or Training functions within clinical research organizations is required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of overall professional experience; prior experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments, including ICH-GCP and SOP-driven organizations, is required.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training compliance tracking, within Global Pharma, CRO, and FSP environments.
  • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
  • Experience managing onboarding and role-based training programs.
  • Experience supporting global or regional clinical trial teams preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or onboarding clinical staff.
