Position Overview About Us As part of our international expansion, GSM (Green & Smart Mobility) is growing its electric mobility business across Europe. Denmark is one of our key European markets, and we are looking for a Learning & Culture Development Team Lead to support the development of our growing organization.

  1. Job Purpose

The Learning & Culture Development Team Lead is responsible for developing and coordinating learning, employee development, and culture initiatives for our corporate employees in Denmark. The role combines hands-on execution with team coordination and works closely with local business leaders, HR, and the European Learning & Culture Development team.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives for employees across different functions.
  • Conduct training needs analysis together with managers and HR.
  • Develop learning plans and programs based on business and employee development needs.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development programs for new and existing employees.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guidelines, and e-learning content.
  • Coordinate internal and external training providers.

Leadership & Employee Development

  • Support leadership and people-management development programs.
  • Coordinate functional, soft-skills, and professional development training.
  • Support managers in identifying development needs within their teams.
  • Help build a network of internal trainers and facilitators.

Culture & Engagement

  • Coordinate initiatives that strengthen company culture, values, and employee engagement.
  • Support culture campaigns, workshops, town halls, recognition programs, and other internal activities.
  • Collect employee feedback and help translate insights into practical initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR and internal stakeholders on organizational and culture-related projects.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate the daily activities and priorities of the Learning & Culture Development team.
  • Support and guide team members while remaining hands-on in program delivery.
  • Ensure learning and culture activities are delivered consistently and on time.
  • Coordinate closely with the European Learning & Culture Development function.

Reporting & Improvement

  • Track learning and culture KPIs, including participation, completion, effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve programs.
  • Prepare updates and reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Support efficient use of the L&D budget and external resources.
  1. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Around 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, HR, Culture, or a related area.
  • Previous experience coordinating projects, programs, or a small team.
  • Experience developing and delivering learning programs for corporate/white-collar employees.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and changing environment.
  • Fluent in Danish and English

Strong coordination and ownership, hands-on approach, stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, structured project management, and the ability to turn business needs into practical learning and culture initiatives.
