• You're a builder and a leader at the same time. You write code every day, and you can set the direction for and grow a team of 1 to 2 developers.
• You have previous startup experience and know what it takes. Speed, focus and full ownership from architecture to hotfix
• You're strong in modern web and cloud development. Experience with Firebase/GCP and automation is a big plus
• Experience with platform architecture is a big plus, but not a requirement
• You think in product, not just code, and can turn business needs into technical solutions
• You keep up with what's happening in frontier tech and AI, and you see the opportunities the newest technologies open up for a platform like ours
• You're excited by international business and care about understanding customers. Our users come from all over the world, and what we build has to work for all of them
• You're ready to roll up your sleeves on work that has nothing to do with tech. In the early days we all need to be able to do every task when needed, and that's how we like it
• You want to join a journey, not just a job

Bonus points if you have

• Knowledge of international property transactions
• Insight into the Costa del Sol property market
• General knowledge of or a connection to the Costa del Sol

What you'll do

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the platform
• Build features hands on alongside the team
• Lead and develop 1 to 2 developers
• Make sure the platform scales securely as we grow into new markets
• Take a seat at the table when strategy is set
• Help with the everyday hands-on work we founders do every day, from talking to partners to getting things done wherever the need is
