Lead Producer / Produktionsledare

Lead Producer at Pin Studio We're looking for a quick-thinking, curious Lead Producer who wants to oversee all our productions, lead the team and see every project through to delivery. You're an experienced producer, used to leading project teams and freelancers. At Pin Studio in Stockholm, we develop creative ideas and concepts and turn them into film, photo and motion design, often for international clients. We're a team of four, plus a large network of freelancers. In this role, you will

• keep track of productions, pipeline and staffing
• drive projects all the way, from pre-production to post-production and delivery
• lead and delegate work across the team and our freelancers
• plan, budget and keep an eye on resources and profitability
• help shape how we work

About you

• You have several years of experience as a producer or production manager, and are used to leading project teams and freelancers
• You've run different kinds of creative productions, ideally including motion design and film production.
• You're confident in client dialogue and drive projects independently
• You're used to handling several projects at once
• You're digitally savvy and enjoy trying new tools and ways of working, including AI
• You're the one who wraps things up, follows through and keeps things structured
• You're low-ego and kind
