Lead Instructor: Enterprise

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Instructor: Enterprise based in Denmark. This is an opportunity to lead engaging, hands-on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool. You will guide learners through realistic promotional planning scenarios, teaching the platform through practical workflows rather than feature-by-feature demonstrations. The role supports the adoption of consistent promotional terminology, processes, and ways of working across multiple global markets. You will work with participants ranging from beginners to experienced users, adapting your delivery to different levels of knowledge and confidence. The position requires strong facilitation skills, business understanding, and the ability to confidently demonstrate proprietary technology in a live environment. You will deliver a structured program of 30 virtual sessions, supported by onboarding, preparation, dry runs, and client-specific tool training. This is a remote opportunity with the chance to help enterprise professionals build practical skills in modern, data-informed promotional planning.
