• We are looking for Senior Manager – Data Scientist to lead the transformation of complex, large-scale datasets into actionable insights that improve software reliability, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning , team-handling/managerial role.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data mining.
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with hands-on experience in Spark, Databricks, cloud platforms, and data warehousing solution.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification.

Mandatory Skills-

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and improve software reliability.
• Develop predictive models, anomaly detection, and trend analysis solutions to identify risks and optimize performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs and quality metrics related to software health, product performance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product, and Program teams to support data-driven business decisions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts.
• Oversee the complete data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and model development to deployment and continuous improvement.

Nice to have –

• Experience with machine learning deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tool
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern software development practices.
