Lead AI Generative Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead AI Generative Designer based in Sweden. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating high-quality, realistic, and consistent AI-generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates, and business impact. The role combines advanced visual design skills with technical expertise in generative AI workflows and automation. You will build scalable production pipelines using leading AI image-generation platforms, workflow tools, APIs, and scripting. You will help transform visual production from one-off experimentation into reliable, repeatable, and efficient systems. The position offers significant autonomy to evaluate emerging AI technologies, test new approaches, and introduce solutions that create measurable value. You will work in a fully remote environment alongside an international team developing globally impactful digital products.
