What you'll do
KYC Consultant š Copenhagen, Denmark | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) We are looking for a KYC Consultant to support high-risk customer reviews, ensuring KYC records are complete, accurate and compliant. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-risk KYC reviews using the KYC Branch tool.
- Contact customers in Danish to collect outstanding information relating to pensions and insurance.
- Review customer data and translate relevant findings into English.
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance controls using SharePoint and email.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Hands-on experience with the KYC Branch tool.
- Strong KYC due diligence knowledge and understanding of financial crime risk.
- Confidence communicating directly with customers.
